Some Trains from Beijing Might See Changes in April 2012

The Tianjin-Qinhuangdao High Speed Railway continues to be built. In order to complete this line, changes need to be made to Qinhuangdao Railway Station. Works there may affect 13 HSR trains and 9 regular rail trains that involve Beijing.

This may mean that your train will stop at different or less stations, or that your train may leave or arrive at a different time. Here are specific details for trains involving Beijing:

  • Train D5 (Beijing – Shenyang North) will depart Beijing Railway Station at 06:37 instead of 07:05.
  • Train D17 (Beijing – Shenyang North) will depart Beijing Railway Station at 08:49 instead of 09:15.
  • Train D21 (Beijing – Changchun) will depart Beijing Railway Station at 06:29 instead of 07:00.
  • Train D25 (Beijing – Harbin) will depart Beijing Railway Station at 06:46 instead of 07:13.
  • Train D4531 (Beijing – Longjiaying) will depart Beijing Railway Station at 06:20 instead of 07:21, and will only go as far as Beihaihe.
  • Train K45 (Beijing – Fuzhou) will depart Beijing Railway Station at 11:17 instead of 11:15.
  • Train K117 (Beijing West – Panzhihua) will depart Beijing West Railway Station at 11:09 instead of 11:22.
  • Train K589 (Beijing West – Chongqing North) will depart Beijing West Railway Station at 10:27 instead of 10:33.
  • Train Y509 (Beijing – Longjiaying) will only go as far as Beihaihe.

These changes will last from 1 April 2012 through to and including 27 April 2012.
